How to determine the cosmetic condition:
MacBuyBack has four levels of cosmetic condition: Like New, Good, Fair, and Poor.
Please use this guide to select the correct condition of your item.
Like New:
No noticeable flaws. Looks like new also comes with original packaging/box. If it has any light scratches or scuffs, then please mark it as good.
Good:
Light scratches and scuffs (not on LCD), but no major flaws. If it has any casing cracks or screen scratches, then please mark it as fair.
Fair:
May have some heavy scratches and/or scuffs. May have some small dings or small cracks. May have a few scratches on LCD.
Poor:
Has heavy wear, but still works. May have deep scratches, heavy scuffs, A few dents, and light cracks in the body (Not on the screen).
